    Today we had a time giving project - but when the givers arrived the recipient wasn't in. They were gutted - they were so keen to make a difference & transform a Kitchen & Garden.

    Problems.

    And then we struggled to get in touch with the recipient.

    More problems.

    What's the answer - Prayer (of course).

    Just as God told them

    A few weeks ago we had contact from a team wanting to do a time giving project. After some prayer they came back to us with 3 very specific things that God had told them about the project. He'd told them where it would be, what they'd be doing and who it would benefit.

    Today we found the answer. It matched exactly what God had said.

    > Two Chairs

    Today the van picked up a really nice table and 6 chairs. Anna* a Mum of 3 kids had asked for a table & chairs to help give her children a good eating routine.

    When we planned the van run we asked Anna* if she wanted all 6 chairs - but she only wanted 4. So we had 2 spare chairs...

    Hamper Prayer

    We've just prayed specifically for a family we're working with - Single mum with 3 children; aged 8,7 & 18 months. We prayed that we could give her a hamper with a gift for her & the children.

    Less than 15 minutes later we had a call from a giver - offering us a hamper - her husband had been shopping to buy the items and had come back with presents for a 7 & 8 year old & she had made a gift for a single Mum - Perfect!

    Another answer to prayer!
     
    No becomes Yes!

    Today I had an email from a key worker asking if we had a washing machine for a recipient.

    We pray for washing machine a lot!

    Later I was about to reply & say NO, sorry we don't have one, just before I got an email from a giver who'd offered us a cooker. He was emailing to say he also had a washing machine for us!

    So now I can say YES WE DO have a washing machine!
